The Directors of TCMO have nearly 75-years experience in the career management/outplacement/recruitments sectors.
Rob Moore
Rob Moore has held Senior Management roles within the Recruitment & Retention, Careers, FMCG & Hospitality industries for over 15 years.
Rob has worked across the UK & Middle East for both Plc and Entrepreneurial business owners.
Rob is on the Executive Council of the Institute of Hospitality, serves on the Edinburgh Skills Forum and Chamber of Commerce Tourism Policy Group and is an advisor to People 1st in Scotland.
Paul Wilson
Paul has been involved in the Recruitment, Training & FMCG industries for over 30 years.
Paul’s remits have taken him across the UK and Europe working for many marketing leading brands & businesses.
Pauls is currently a Trustee of the HIT charity and an Advisor to Springboard Scotland.
Raymond Currie
Raymond Currie has worked extensively throughout the UK with Blue Chip companies at senior management level in Sales, Business Development, Personnel &Training and in particular, Career Management.
His “Passion for Excellence” ensures that his clients maximise their potential and his success is based entirely on his commitment to Client service and quality.
Sandy Cullen
Director – Client Development
Sandy Cullen brings to the team more than 15 years experience in outplacement and career management consultancy. He also has expertise in financial and legal recruitment with international accountancy and law firms throughout the UK and overseas, as well as over 20 years in business, including senior management at board level.
With this broad level of experience, Sandy believes passionately in our ability to understand the needs of our clients and to deliver the best possible service.
Fiona MacDonald
Director – Client Services
Throughout her Career, Fiona has held a variety of HR, Recruitment and Business Management roles within both public and private organisations; plc’s and independents.
Fiona is very much a people person, and her unfaltering dedication to supporting our clients achieve their full Career Potential coupled with her desire to surpass individual expectations ensures our clients receive a bespoke and unique service.
