TCMO Press Release

November 13, 2009

The Career Management Organisation (TCMO) is the brainchild of two recruitment experts, Rob Moore and Paul Wilson, who have over 40 years industry experience between them

Rob Moore will be at the helm of TCMO which will be based in Edinburgh but operating Scotland wide and in all industry sectors

Operations Director, Rob Moore, said:

“We believe there is a real gap in the market for a more bespoke tailored career management service and we think that given the current economic climate now is the ideal time for us to launch the business.

“People who have been made redundant or are seeking to improve their standing in the job market will be a natural audience for us but equally the trends are showing that when the market picks up in 2010 and 2011 there will be lot of scope for promotion within organisations and we are there to help people get themselves in pole position for these new posts.

“We believe we are taking a really innovative approach to career management and outplacement services in that we will be delivering tailor made solutions with a menu style programme of activities to match each client’s needs rather than a one size fits all.”

The company will be working with both businesses and individuals with a service which encompasses everything from career management and assessment to executive mentoring and outplacement services.

Rob continued:

“We will offer a much more flexible service than those which are already in existence and will offer a cost effective menu of services aimed at all salary levels and industries.  We know there are already a number of large scale providers of career management and outplacement business but these can be perceived as being a little bit impersonal. We recognise trends in the employment market and we aim to bridge the gap and will be tailoring our services to match the needs of our clients.”
